Is there anything better than a delicious Cheesecake and catching up with a friend? It's ok, I'll wait.

Happy Tuesday friends!

If you follow me on Instagram then you may have seen that I was able to go to my local Cheesecake Factory to try out their new bar menu! This was actually my first time eating at Cheesecake Factory and it could not have gone any better!

To accompany me, I invited my blogger gal pal Cara of Caralina Style to join in on all the yummy food. It actually worked out perfectly because we are both big fans of both cheese and carbs so we were pretty much in heaven when we got our order.

Cara and I were able to try out 4 dishes from the menu and of course some cheesecake! There were so many delicious sounding options on the menu we had a tough time narrowing down four pieces to try. Some of the menu options include fried macaroni and cheese, guacamole (which you can never go wrong with), flatbread, avocado eggrolls and so much more! All of these items are available for $5.95 which is fantastic since most of these items are usually around $12 on their normal menu. You can try out the new menu Monday - Friday from 4 -6 pm, the perfect after-work spot!

After looking through the menu for a solid 10 minutes, Cara and I finally decided on ordering Fried Macaroni and Cheese, Fried Zucchini, Fresh Basil, Tomato and Cheese Flatbread and Warm Crab and Artichoke dip! Lots of cheese and carbs, we know.

The Fried Zucchini and Fresh Basil, Tomato and Cheese Flat Bread were actually from their Small Plates & Snacks Menu if you want to check it out. Everything looked so good and we couldn't wait to start digging in! If you want to view the full menu you can do so here! There are lots of other items to choose for that don't have cheese if that's not your thing, haha!

The first two dishes we had were Fried Zucchini and Fried Macaroni and Cheese. This was actually my first time trying fried zucchini and it was SO good! Ours were served with a side of ranch and it definitely paired well with it.

Next up we have some Fried Macaroni and Cheese. This was by far a favorite for both Cara and me! I actually brought some leftovers for RJ to try since he couldn't attend the event with me and he said this was his favorite too! If you visit Cheesecake Factory and get one thing, I highly recommend giving these a try!

Our next two items we have the Warm Crab and Artichoke Dip and the Fresh Basil, Tomato and Cheese flatbread. Flatbreads are always my favorite and add in tomato and basil you have a match made in heaven in my eyes. This flatbread was too yummy and I can def see myself ordering this again in the future. We also both agree this was the most photogenic food item out of everything we had!

Now, for the best part... DESSERT!

Can you really go to Cheesecake Factory and not get Cheesecake? Cara and I were spoiled with not one, not two, but three different desserts to try. Cara had ordered a Godiva Chocolate cheesecake, I had ordered a Toasted Marshmallow S'mores Galore cheesecake and our kind waitress had surprised us with her personal favorite dessert to try, a Lemoncello Cream Torte which was DELICIOUS. I love any and all things smore flavored so the smores cheesecake was my favorite.

Needless to say, Cara and I were waddling out of the restaurant with super full bellies by the end of our meal. I wanted to thank the Cheesecake Factory for inviting me out to try out their new bar menu. Everything was so good and the staff was so kind to us. If you all are in the SouthPark area, be sure to stop by The Cheesecake Factory to try out their Bar menu! It would be a great way to end a long work day.

I hope you all enjoyed this post and as always, thank you for reading!
