Wedding season is upon us! It seems so crazy to me that I'm getting to the age where several people I know are getting engaged/married. I mean, didn't we just graduate high school like yesterday?? I attended my first wedding (well, the first time since I was in 4th grade) last year and since then it seems like I have been on a steady flow of wedding invites.

When it comes to dressing for weddings modest is always hottest. There are a time and place for crop tops and tight little skirts and I personally don't think weddings are one of those occasions. Classic shift dresses and A-line skirts/dresses are always a go-to for me. One of my favorite places to go pick up dresses for any occasion has been BooHoo. Now, onto this gorgeous dress! Midi length dresses/skirts always just scream wedding to me. This dress reminds me of the Self Portrait dress everyone went crazy over this past summer but for a fraction of the cost. This dress also comes in 3 different colors, but I couldn't resist this beautiful red color. I'm kinda obsessed with this dress and low key is waiting for someone to invite me to their wedding so I can wear it!
