Happy Wednesday friends!
With the new year comes with opportunities such as a new internship, interviews, and presentations starting as well. I'm starting to grow my work wardrobe to help prepare me to transition into the working world after college. By now you all should know I love getting the most out of my pieces and versatile clothing pieces are a must for me! One thing I have been keeping in mind when shopping for more work clothes has been tops that I am able to dress up for work as well as dress down for my more casual days.
I picked up this tunic top during Black Friday weekend and I cannot get enough of this beautiful purple color! This top is perfect tucked into some pixie pants for a work look or dressed down with some jeans and a vest like I have done so here. This top is also long enough to wear with leggings which are perfect for those casual days where I'm not feeling pants at all (but really, when am I feeling pants?!).
In other news, today I'm traveling back to Charlotte!! I've been home for a few weeks to be with family during the holidays, but I think it's time for me to head back to the city. Visiting home is great and all, but there's only so much you can do in a small town (aka walking around Wal-Mart is the only entertainment we have here..). I'm excited to be back in the city and to be back in my own space! I hope all of you are doing well and let me know in the comments down below what you're up to!
