Today RJ turns 21 and what better way to honor the eyes of Pastel N Pink than dedicate a blog post to him? If you all don't know, RJ is the photographer, honorary tote bag holder, and final outfit approve-er for Pastel N Pink. Needless to say he has some very important duties over here at PNP.

We decided to do a role reversal and put him in front of the camera and me behind it for a change. To be honest it was a little hard to take this seriously because we just kept laughing at all the different poses he tried to do!
I had asked on social media for you guys to ask RJ some questions and here are his answers! Thank you to all of you who sent us your questions!

How did we meet?
We had met in middle school after I moved to her hometown in 6th grade. We had mutual friends and were placed in the same homeroom for several years. We didn't really become friends or hung out until junior or senior year of high school.
*Fun fact, RJ was actually originally in Charlotte! Funny how we both ended back here!*
What has been your favorite post to shoot?
My favorite blog post to shoot has to be "Black, White and Pink all over." WIth the combination of the trees and the lighting, it looks like magic.
What is your favorite blog post?
My favorite blog post on Pastel N Pink has to be the "Business in the Front" blog post because of the majestic lighting. It was our first golden hour shoot!
What's your favorite outfit on me?
That one you wore recently... (lol) The outfit you wore with the floral skirt, lacy flats and black shirt. (Hahah he was referencing this outfit post!)
What is your favorite ice cream flavor?
Ben and Jerry's cinnamon bun! Or Ben and Jerry's Milk and Cookies! Or just cookie dough.
What's it like taking photos for Pastel N Pink?
It's adventurous, fun and sometimes exhausting... but most of all sweaty. Especially in the summer. It's something I don't mind doing because I enjoy trying to make anything behind the camera beautiful.
Can you describe your perfect burger?
My perfect burger, well.. We'll start off a toast bun with mayo underneath, but not too much. Second we have our greens being arugula and spinach and a luscious slice of juicy red tomato. Then we'll have sautéed mushrooms and onions, two pieces of bacon, and a slice of swiss cheese modestly melted over the med well patty.
