Happy Labor Day friends!
Here's to the last day of wearing white (which I never understood) and the unofficial start of fall! There are only a couple things that get me excited for fall, A. not sweating to death when I walk to class B. being able to wear this bell-sleeved dress. We all know by now that I have a huge dislike for fall, but having some cute pieces to bring in the season makes it a little better.
I picked up this bell sleeved dress during the Nordstrom Anniversary Sale last month and have had zero regrets. TBH I've been waiting for cooler weather just so I can have a chance to break this bad boy (or girl, haven't really figured it out yet..) out. I've been seeing belle sleeves in so many retailers for fall and am excited to experiment with this trend.
This dress is the perfect transition piece for fall because the material is lightweight enough so you're not dying of heat in the afternoon, but the long bell sleeves will give you a little warmth for when it does to cool down a bit.
I knew I wanted to accent the orange flowers in the dress and thought this little saddlebag was the perfect way to do so. I actually picked up this bag while I was in Paris during my senior year of high school and have re-fallen in love with it. I forgot how much this bag can hold and can't believe I have had it tucked away for so long! Unfortunately, since I bought this bag almost three and a half years ago (WHERE DID TIME GO?!) I couldn't find it online. I did however linked a super similar and much more affordable option for you all here.
I hope all of you had a wonderful and safe Labor day weekend! Let me know what fall trend you are most excited for in the comments down below! Have a great day! (:
