Happy Wednesday friends!
Today's is the last day of August and even though fall doesn't officially start until mid-September, it does feel like everyone is already in the fall mindset when September rolls around. If you've read my posts last year then you know that I always dread it when the fall season comes around. It's not that I hate fall itself, it's that I hate what comes with fall. Starting school, cold weather, and everything dying (is that a little morbid??) all comes when fall rolls around.
I'm trying my best to hold onto summer while I still can and today's outfit post is doing just that. White off the shoulder dress with tassels and a straw bag? How much more summery can you get? I may just break the "no white after Labor Day" (which, btw still never understood!) rule and continue to wear this dress out for lunch dates until fall actually takes over.
Although this dress is beautiful, there was one con with it. This dress didn't come with adjustable straps and was actually WAY too long for me to wear if I hadn't done something about it. I actually quickly tied a bow on each strap and sewed in place to make a quick and easy fix for a small problem.
